resep kulit pie
Directions :
1. Mix in large bowl flour, sugar and salt using whisk or finger
2. Cut in butter using fork, pastry cutter or knive, add in egg mix until dough holds together.
3. Wrap the pie crust in plastic wrap then place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes - 1 hour
4. Roll the ball of pie crust out until it is 3 or 4mm thick and you have about 24 - 25cm in diameter.
5. Put the circle in a 22-23cm (9 inch) pie plate, trimming any extra dough from the edges with a sharp knife. Return it to the refrigerator for at least 20 mins to chill the butter and rest the gluten.
6. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line unbaked crust with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Fill tart pan with pie weights, rice or beans, making sure the weights are to the top of the pan and evenly distributed over the entire surface. Bake crust for 20 to 25 minutes until crust is dry and lightly golden brown. Remove weights and cool crust on wire rack before filling.

bluder tape kraft
pernah juga baca di food blog, nyobain resep ini testimoninya enak....
langsung dech, nyiapin bahan & beraksi di dapur..meskipun agak2 ribet dikit, abisnya harus nyiapain banyak baskom (u/ adonan, mentega kocok, putih telur kocok) + nyuci whisk mixer berulang2 (u/ ngocok mentega, adonan, putih telur), nyucinya itu yg bikin muales....
menurutku enak sich...agak turun dikit kuenya pas uda dingin...ini resepnya
BLUDER TAPE KRAFT
sumber : kemasan keju kraft
Bahan :
175 gr gula pasir
7 kuning telur
2 putih telur
125 gr mentega, kocok lembut
100 gr tepung terigu
300 gr tape
2 sdm susu cair
2 putih telur, kocok hingga kaku
150 gr KRAFT CHEDDAR
Cara :
1. buang serat tape, campur tape dengan susu, haluskan.
2. kocok gula, telur & putih telur hingga kental, masukkan mentega kocok, tepung terigu, aduk rata. masukkan tape & 1/2 bagian KRAFT CHEDDAR aduk rata. masukkan putih telur, aduk rata.
3. masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang 20x20 cm , atau loyang cup kecil yang telah diberi paper cup, taburkan sisa KRAFT CHEDDAR. panggang selama 50 menit dengan suhu 180 drajat celcius hingga kecokelatan, angkat.

soalnya pas bikin, ga ada asisten yg bantuin, jadi mulai dari ngupas tomat...nyuci2 semua alat & bahan...semua dikerjain sendiri...ujung-ujungnya setelah mateng uda ga nafsu lagi buat makan...untungnya suamiku doyan..kadang juga dibontot ke kantor...
rasanya lama banget lasagna itu habis...soalnya di rumah cuma ada 3 orang (aku, suami & anakku) , karena anakku ga doyan, jadi praktis cuma kita berdua yg ngabisin.....
